DISCOVER SCUBA (RESORT COURSE)

Our one-day resort course is designed to get people diving in one day. It consists of a video which introduces the diver to the under water world and then a lecture. Afterwards, equipment is distributed and all of the divers are taken to the pool for safety and breathing instructions. Then finally, the diver explores the open water on a 40-foot reef dive.

PADI OPENWATER COURSE (Certification)

A PADI Open watercourse usually takes 4 – 5 days. We prefer that the course starts on a Monday at 9.30am however, we are flexible. The course is broken down into 5 modules. Each module consists of an academic session, a video session, pool session (practical session) and an open water session. After successful completion of the 5 modules, the student must be able to swim 200 yards and tread water for 10 minutes before they can be certified. Please Note: It is important that all participants receive their textbooks two days prior to the beginning of class.

ADVANCED COURSE

The PADI Advanced Course usually takes about 3 days. There are particular modules in the Adventures of Diving book that correspond with the dives that have to be read prior to starting the course. There are 2 core dives that are deep, and navigation. The other 3 dives are options of a drift, wreck or boat dive and many others. There is no specific day or time that we start this course. Please Note: It is important that all participants receive their textbook one-day prior to the beginning of the course. Bookings required 24hrs in advance.

REFRESHER COURSE

For any one that has been certified, but has not been diving for a year or more is required to take this course to bring back up to date their diving skills. It consists of a pool session to reacquaint themselves with the equipment and breathing technique skills and an afternoon single tank dive. (Bookings required in advance)

REFERRAL DIVES
For anyone who has done all of their academic and pool work and needs to do his or her open water dives. They must have a referral form from their instructor is not present. There is no set days or times for referral dives.
